Shortly after closing, the county in which I was working decided they would not issue a permit if the land was being purchased on contract. Showing incredible generosity and decency, Bei reduced the agreed upon price to a new cash price and pushed the paper work through the recordation process with the county in a very few days. As has been mentioned by other commenters, Bei is an excellent communicator. EVERY phone call and email was responded to within a very few hours.
